What can I say about Osan? To begin, the service was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and treated with generous service. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The food though, the food was extraordinary. Osan serves the best Japanese food we've had in the area. The greatest we've ever had was Ajisen Ramen in New York, but Osan was an accidental and incredible find in Fredericksburg. We chose Bibimbap, Gyoza, Miso soup, a couple of sushi rolls, Bulgogi, and Nabeyaki Udon. Each dish was delicious. If you're a foodie, you'll greatly enjoy the selection offered by Osan. We will be back.
This restaurant was spectacular! My husband and I love sushi and we came here for the first time today and we were blown away! Unique flavors, some fried, some spicy, some rich! We started with 3 rolls and added 2 more! Spectacular!!! Highly recommend. You can call and reserve the seat at the front of the restaurant facing the window. It was perfect.
What a great find! The sushi here is beautifully done and perfectly delicious. We had a very nice server that helped my daughter decide what to get. We sat at a comfortable table and I ordered some sake. We had seaweed and spicy octopus salad and then kept ordering sushi rolls until we were satiated. It was a wonderful experience eating out today!

Fantastic Japanese/Korean-inspired food. Friendly and professional staff. Great atmosphere. The sushi I had was delicious. Other people in my group got teriyaki and bulgogi, which they said were also delicious.
We went to Osan for my wife's Birthday and it was really nice as usual. The food is fantastic and the service is a pleasure. My son had the plum wine and i have to say it was surprisingly good. Everything was fresh and delicious. Osan is easily the best sushi in the Fredericksburg area.
On our way to Richmond from DC and found this absolutely lovely sushi place on the way! Potentially the greatest saba/mackerel we’ve ever had (and I lived in Japan), scallops, and big eye tuna that forced us to stop talking and simply savor. Please please please pay them a visit—you’ll be forever appreciative of the culinary expertise this team is creating.
